Reviews
Fresh, interesting and very readable. I constantly wondered what was going to happen next, making me want to read on, just to see where they were going. The story was well paced and never felt too bloated.

It was a unique and innovative slant to a futuristic science fiction story that made it a very likeable and very readable story. Lots of twists and turns meant that it was never dull, keeping you gripped and wanting to know how it was all going to turn out. The ending made you aware that there will be another book to look forward to.

The author has created an entirely believable world in cyberspace; a world without time, space or physical actuality, but a world which controls, governs and interacts with reality. This visionary and at times unsettling novel describes a near future which is plausible and all too probable. Though the book does not get into its stride until the third or fourth chapters, it is well worth the slow start. Always enjoyable and readable, the story weaves a complex tapestry of time-travel, artificial intelligence, conspiracy and human frailty leading to an inevitable but surprising conclusion.

The Lazarus Principle presents a fresh perspective on the Future Shock genre, plunging down-to-earth characters into a slick mystery set within a series of unpretentious, believable and technologically rich environments of the future - near and distant, where People and Artificial Intelligences live side by side in apparent harmony, interacting with one another on an internet that is as vast and real as the world outside it... and just as dangerous. The reader is constantly in need of answers, and is compelled to read just a little bit more as the story unfolds. The writer ensures that continuity is water tight and builds suspense to a belter of an ending that paves the way for book two. The Lazarus Principle is a must for any sci-fi fan, you won't be disappointed.
